Ontrac

Ontrac, a last-mile delivery company, sought to enhance the efficiency of its driver operations by streamlining the process of preparing and executing deliveries. The previous process was complex and time-consuming, involving manual pallet breakdown, scanning into an app, sequencing boxes, and obtaining a printed manifest from the dispatcher. To address this, a new mobile app was design and developed from the ground up in collaboration with drivers through ride-alongs. The new app called Elli automates pallet breakdown, app scanning, box sequencing, manifest generation, and proof of delivery. As a result, drivers are saving time, becoming more efficient, and praising the user-friendly interface. The streamlined app experience has increased productivity and profitability for both Ontrac and its drivers.
